Meet our team:

Clarinda Martin - Co-Founder and President - she has a degree in accounting from SIU-Edwardsville and she previously worked as an accountant for Cassidy Turley, BM Realty, and The Humane Society of Missouri.  

Buck Martin - Co-Founder and Vice President - works as a pilot for Delta Airlines and has invested in and renovating commercial and residential real estate for the last 10 years.  He is responsible for assisting Clarinda in high level decisions, strategic planning, and overseeing business development.

Cheryl Johnson - “VP of Miscellaneous Stuff” or Executive Assistant - she is a licensed real estate agent and is the chief organizer of our businesses.  

Aubrie Reynolds - “Chief Storyteller” - she is in charge of branding, marketing, advertising, and events.

Lev Grodzinskiy - Responsible for Human Resources and operations.  He is experienced in growing startups and executing company strategy.

Kristen Franke - In charge of finance and accounting.  She previously worked as a senior accountant at PwC and MasterCard.  She is responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.

Joshua Betts - The store manager for our retail location in Saint Peters, MO opening in August 2020.  He has extensive experience working for Sherwin Williams opening new paint stores, managing stores, and training staff.

Chris Prost - Assistant Store Manger - he has experience at Sherwin Williams, Lowe’s, and Live Nation.  He has managed a security staff of 100+ employees at Live Nation and has an impressive track record of customer satisfaction and large account paint sales.
Jim Shelvey - Responsible for technology development, the call center, and he manages our drivers.  He has a diverse background in management and is well established in the St Louis startup community.<

Taylor Miller - Jim’s assistant

Ethan Kantor (Intern) - In charge of mobile app development.  He is pursuing a computer science degree at Washington University.

Adrian Odamtten (Intern) - In charge of website development and our weekly blog.

Michael Casey (Intern) - In charge community development and fundraising.
